The sessions will take only 1-2hours of your time for our consult to get understand the problem or focus area and after couple of weeks we will organize with you “out of the box Coaching session”.

The sessions are dynamic and challenging, yet built within an environment of trust in a strong working partnership between coach and coachee. The coaching takes clients out of their comfort zones, creating acute awareness of themselves, their blind spots, and self limiting strategies and behaviours. Recognising internal drivers and inherent strengths is a key part of our quest for inspiring authentic leadership with each client – ensuring clear and measurable impact for the organisation.

This intensive six-month programme consists of one-to-one coaching sessions scheduled at regular intervals. This is supported by a comprehensive 360 assessment programme, an emotional intelligence assessment, and complemented by unlimited interim coaching support in-between sessions.

We use the most up-to-date SW techniques and practical thinking to audit your company development processes. We are familiar with LeSS and SAFe models, what you prefer.
